The Gridspe Global — order no.[protected] (ordered an anarkali suit, received a sari)

This is a highly annoying and irresponsible act. The concern is, i had placed an order for a semi stitched anarkali suit but got a poor quality, ugly sari in its place. They had even written 'triviyaa designer gown' on the reference slip on the top of the package which simply speaks of their crooked intentions to con us.
There's no way that i can contact them for the phone number provided by them works no well.
I want my money back and need this dirty fraudulent activity to be shut close asap!

P. S - they've given these details but i'm not sure of the authenticity
