The Heels, Connaught Place — complaint against their footwear (ballerina)

Dear sir/madam,

I purchased a balley from "the heels, 9-d, connaught place, new delhi-110001" on dated[protected]Receipt attached). I wore the balley first time on dated[protected] at my home and after few steps, the balley cut my foot and suddenly bleeding from my foot.in this regard i visited at the store on dated[protected], and explained my problem (To ms. Heena) that during the wearing of balley, the bleeding is going on from my foot, but the available representative ms. Heena, told me that it is your foot problem not our footwear problem, so we can’t help you. I requested to her that please solve my problem, i am coming from faridabad and also show their terms and conditions that mentioned on the back of the receipt (Attached), but she did not solve my problem and gave me the another brand excuses, ms. Heena was telling me that, "i purchased a shirt from arrow and i am facing the problem of rashes during the wearing of shirt and they are not returning my product (Shirt)". I want know that, i was customer of the shop so that time, this excuses is relevant for me for her problem that was telling to me by her. I told to her that this is different problem. But she told me that we can not solve your problem because this is your problem. As you know that, the footwear work is to save our foot not to hurt our foot, but this footwear (Balley) is hurting of my foot that means it is not relevant product and needs to provide solutions as per their company policy. She was not giving me any solution but she making so many excuses.

I also show the exchange policy to her that, for this but she did not give any relevant reply. I don't want to debate with her, because she was not giving me any relevant solution.

So, i am requesting to you kindly look at matter and solve the problem otherwise this will be waste of money.
