I am really frustrated by the bad service of "The Immart". I had ordered a product on Monday 27-aug-2018 and at that time they said that it will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days, but its been 8 working days today and still i have not recived by order which is really ambarassing. On calling on the helpline number they say that there is some problem with bluedart and sorry for the inconvince caused and staff, why should i wait for 8 working days and still not get the order delivered and the fact is they said it will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. My order id is OID223768
Kindly take some action on the same.
