The Immart — worst service & my amount refund. reg.

I placed an order on 20.07.2017 in the immart.com paying rs.1499/-. But till 8th september 2017, they replaced he product 8 times with wrong sizes always. I am really fed up with immart and asked to refund my money duly cancelling my order. I also requested them that whether i can return their product after receiving my money, but they did not accepted. They collected back the product on 08.09.2017. I called their customer care in[protected] on 9th & got confirmation that the same will be refunded immediately.

I called immart customer care again on 11.09.2017 asking for my refund since i did not received. They informed that the same will take 24-48 hours to reflect in my account & given me transaction no.[protected] dt.09.09.2017.

Till today i waited patiently and checked in my account but the amount not been refunded yet. I tried calling my bank with the above transaction no. But the bank confirmed that the amount not yet reflecting in my account and asked to call back immart.

I was trying to reach immart customer care in[protected] since 10 am but no response in the line. My call got attended by 11.30 & their customer care only says that the amount already been refunded to my account from their end. This is the only reply they does continuously.

I tried sending so many mails to their customer care in [protected]@theimmart.com but no proper reply comes about my amount refund.

Please help me in this regard on immediate basis so as to get my amount of rs.1499/- refunded.
