[Resolved]  The Jewellery Palacee — no product / no refund received

Very very disappointed with their service. I ordered 5 pairs of earrings, by july 24th. Until now i haven't received neither the parcel nor any refund. The parcel got lost in between and i had to select the pieces again and tell them. Yet i have not received any amount. They don't reply properly to my msgs. They aren't picking calls also. Kindly do something about it. Please report these kind of pages, because of these type of pages only people are not willing to purchase online. It's creating a sense of fear on losing the money through online shopping.
