After that there were a number of correspondences. For 2 or 3 emails, they replied stating that there is gong to be some delay and they will be dispatching the product at the earliest.

I have not received the product till today. They did not issue refund also. They are not replying my emails.

Hence, I am forced to complain against them you the Consumer Forum for help and justice.
