Hi Zaakpay team,

As per the trail mail is forwarded and requested to check and update on the payments done to the consumer forum of INdia the 1st payment done on 18/12/2023 is not received what consumer Forum claimed and told it will get reversed back to me and I did second payment, I complained with my bank HDFC and they informed that intended recipient has received the payment and they closed case, so it is requested to confirm the below mention payment is credited with which recipient or it is pending with you please kindly reverse the payment back to my account. I have done send time payment also, details given below and copy that payment not recieved is attached

      My card has been blocked MobiKwik notification says, I didn’t use it before I just tried to do one recharge only that worked 60 rupees recharge with MobiKwik zip pay
      But rent payment or money transfer isn’t working.it says

          Hi, I made a booking in IRCTC mobile application on 12March'23 through Zaakpay payment channel, money has been deducted from account but no ticket received.When checked with IRCTC they said it is pending with ZAAK with transaction no.[protected] and transaction no.[protected].
          Please refund the deducted amount ASAP

            I tried to book a ticket on 7feb 2023 on irctc with transaction id [protected] and amount of 10535.40 is debited from my axis bank account last four digits 3042 and transaction was failed. No money is refunded to my account. When contact with bank they said transaction was successful from their end with reference no[protected] with merchant PNR ZPf3dbef8b04b. Please look into the matter

                Payment not credited to account

                Sr i have book a ticket on 13 jan 23 on irctc through your getway by using debit card. pnr not generate as it show pending from bank, although amount had deducted from account ..my irctc transaction ID _[protected] .13 jan..it is more than 17 days still i not get my refund.. amount 4036.10...

                    Hello, I tried booking a Tatkal ticket o 17th December in the morning through my IRCTC app. The payment was made through Zaakpay payment gateway. But after the payment was done it showed that there's no seat available and the transaction has been settled. Previously such transaction failures was generally settled and money was refunded to my account within 2-3 working days but this time it has been more than 10 days and no such refund has been processed to my account. I mailed my concern to the official IRCTC customer care mail address and got reply that they has directed the payment gateway to transfer my amount to the account but nothing has been updated till now. It's surprising to see on this forum that this gateway generally is extremely fraudulent in nature and keeps the customer's money to them without giving any refund. I am attaching the transaction details and the mail response of irctc. Please look into the matter and try to solve the problem at the earliest.
