Hi, I made a booking in IRCTC mobile application on 12March'23 through Zaakpay payment channel, money has been deducted from account but no ticket received.When checked with IRCTC they said it is pending with ZAAK with transaction no.[protected] and transaction no.[protected].
Please refund the deducted amount ASAP...

I tried to book a ticket on 7feb 2023 on irctc with transaction id [protected] and amount of 10535.40 is debited from my axis bank account last four digits 3042 and transaction was failed. No money is refunded to my account. When contact with bank they said transaction was successful from their end with reference no[protected] with merchant PNR ZPf3dbef8b04b.
