I took admission in Lido Learning on 17th October 2021 and I paid Rs. 25000 to lido learning executive. I raised request on 18th October 2021 due to syllabus wasn't matched and they given my kid sessions in the mid term so I unenrolled my kid name and cancelled admission in Lido. After I raised refund request I received cancelled column i.e. 'we have registered your refund request' and check status, when you click it in it is showing 3 different stages in it:
1. Request Received - when you click in this we have to understand - we have successfully received your request. It may take up to 3 days for our team to verify it. It is showing positively.
2. Processing - when you click in this we have to understand - our team is working on procession your request. It may take upto 45 days for the request to be processed.
3. Refund Initiated - when you click in this we have to understand - our team has initiated the refund. You will receive teh refund in 7-10 business days.

In the point no 2 and 3 is showing on process and still it is nothing to process...

At a time of admission Lido Management team confirmed me about the refund status and they told me they will give me immediate refund.

Not it is showing a fraud happen to me and might be receive money or not . There is no customer care number or no direct communication available for conversation.

So kindly help me out on this and help me to get it the refund as early as possible. Thank you

It all began with me posting my resume for a job on various online recruitment platforms as i am looking for job openings. I got a call in a few days from viatonix pharmaceuticals ltd company and they asked me to do a course on ipss modeller 18 (V3) before coducting the final round of interview and sent me a google form saying that i needed to fill the form and this form will be sent to various institutes across india and i would recieve a call from an institute to learn the ipss modeller. So soon after, i receive a call from ms vikas kumar from tlioi saying that they will provide me the course for 17, 698₹ includinggst. I paid rs 17, 698 ₹ and completed the course which hardly consisted of 4 calls each of 30-40 mins and frankly speaking the course was not even worth rs 2000. After completing the course and receiving the gcn number along with the course completion certificate when i tried to get back to the company they're hrs did not respond to any of my calls. I made the payment to vikas kumar the admin of tlioi. After further investigation i got to know that there is no such company called viatonix pharmaceuticals and all this was a big racket and i got in contact with several other student who fell prey for the same through linkedin. All these 4-5 students i got in contact with have done the course from the same institute and got a call from the same company. The company or tlioi refuses to have any connections with each other. After contacting ibm and confirming about tlioi they denied offering any such course through tlioi. This is a complete fraud and the certificate of the course completion carries absolutely no value. I request mr vikas kumar singh to kindly refund my money or i will proceed legally against them. I have enough proof of all call recordings and mails that can completely shut down this racket. So i request mr vikas kumar singh to kindly revert back immediately.

Next day i had to cancel my enrollment and they said as i will be cancelled it within 2 working days of enrollment they will refund the money excluding taxes according to their refund policy and i will receive the refund of amount 14999/- within 45 days.

so I have waited for 45 days but they didn't refund my money. I am trying to contact them but they(the learning institute of india) are picking my phone call.

it's a fraud institute, they are also fraud

I have enrolled for course "ibm spss modeler 18" in the learning institute of india. It is an online course. I submitted the fee amount of rs 9000/-.

Later i want to cancel the enrollment. The concerned person is not answering the call, nor the admin mentioned in mail.

However, on many trails, he answered and said ill look and later again he is doing the same thing of not answering the call.

However this seems to be very un-relevant, since i m trying to call from many days.

Then i contacted to the learning institute of india.
But no one responding from their side.

Needed refund. The way they are behaving seems to be they are fraud.

I contacted ibm they said that they don't know about the learning institute of india and they ave not received any money for any course.

Then i contacted to the learning institute of india and one person named vikas (Who contacted me) asked me twice to wait for some more days and if i don't get the refund they would refund it from their side. But after that they are not responding from their side to any calls or mail.

I got a call from arzenovo pharmaceutical in august they took 2 interviews and insisted to go for spss modeller training and certification so that you can give 3rd and final round. They refer me the learning institute of india and i got a call from them i got enrolled paid 17500 and classes hardly ran for 5days. They didn't clear me in 2 attempts and asked 3500 more for 3rd attempt and gave me surety that this time they'll pass, the [censored]est...

From khonuzo pharmaceutical ltd., aafter 3 rounds of telephonic interviews, i was redirected to "the learning institute of india subhash nagar, new delhi - 110018" to enroll for "ibm spss modeler 18" online course to get a certified as soon possible to get into "data scientist analyst" position.
I enrolled for course "ibm spss modeler 18" in the learning institute of india. It is an online course. I submitted the fee online rs 18000/-.

After 4 days of teaching with just 4 examples, they told me their will be 40 mcqs each carrying 1 mark on the same examples learnt and you should clear this with 85% score. They mentioned the number of attempts are are not limited and you can take up exams until you clear with 85% score.

I got 78% in first attempt and they told me that i have failed and can take up next attempt whenever ready.

And i took second attempt on the consecutive day much well prepared then the 1st attempt. The questions in the exam did not had images attached when i enquired about this (Screen will be shared and teh faculty will be on call with the candidate taking the exam) they told me to answer which ever i want these will not be taken into consideration while evaluating. I got 72% in second attempt.

The faculty did not clarify any doubts about the appeared questions nor teh format when asked before or after exams.
She only told me to be mark the answer i feel more confidant about.

But around 15 odd questions have multiple correct answers and around 5 odd questions not covered in the syllabus. By this we can make out that the questions are very well designed that it can not be scored more than required cut off of 85%.

They were acting very suspicious and i later checked deeply about "the learning institute of india" and i found out that many people have fallen victim into their hands.

Now they are demanding inr 2500 more to take 3rd attempt.
Khonuzo pharmaceutical ltd., hr team not picking my phone nor replying in mail after i enrolled to the learning institute.

The learning institute is neither ready to refund my money nor they are getting me a certification.

I suspect both are joined hands and cheating people like me who are desperately in need of job.
Please find the attachments to know the expertise they have in cheating.

The training this institute gives is a scam. They are not officially partnered with any company and trying to increase their market by collaborating with other fake companies on the pretext of completing a course from this institute.

Dont fall into their trap and never take a course from this fraud institute. They compel you to take their course and the trainig they offer can be offered by any graduate kid. Dont know what certified professionals do their employers are claiming to be?? They are certified scammers for sure.

Next day I want to cancel my enrollement. They say they can't. After some arguments they were ready to cancel it. And they are not providing refund.

No one is responding from their side.
