The Luckymen — Ordered item till now not delivered though payment has already been made online.

I have ordered one jogger Light blue track pant, item No.T2422.A sum of Rs.477 has already been paid through online.The item was booked on 20/06/2020. It is almost 18 days have been passed the item is till now not delivered.I am sure I have been thrown to fraud company.
