Hello, i ordered a lower track panr, order was confirmed by them thr6mail. Now its more than 15 days, neither they sent courier3 details, nor they are responding to my mails. Is it a fraud company. Can there be a help from agencies....

I have ordered one jogger Light blue track pant, item No.T2422.A sum of Rs.477 has already been paid through online.The item was booked on 20/06/2020. It is almost 18 days have been passed the item is till now not delivered.I am sure I have been thrown to fraud company....
