I had made an online purchase of Blackberry Z-10 model in April from The Mobile Store site. The phone was giving a battery problem right from the time of purchase. Finally by end August, the phone completely went dead. I have given the phone to your authorised service centre here in Mumbai and he said that the phone will be sent to Chennai for investigation. Now it has been almost a month & I have no information on the phone. I have been using various models of Blackberry for many years and have never face such problems. I think there is an inherent problem in the Z-10 model and I have been completely let down by Blackberry. Now, I request you to please arrange to either provide me the other model of Black berry i.e. Z-30 as a replacement or arrange to refund me the amount of Rs 17, 990/- and close the process.
