The Mobile Store — Cash Back Issue

I bought a Sony Xperia Z2 from The Mobile Store, GIP Noida. At the time of purchasing I was told that 6.67%(or so) vendor cash back would be transferred after 3 months. Now 9 months have passed, but no money is transferred back. I contacted to Store person but all in vain. Mr. Sam so called manager told me that concerned persons are not interested in my case. I want to get my money back. [protected]
