The Mobile Store — Cashback of rs.3000/- | |||||
I bought mobile hand set from the mobile store, rajinder nagar, new delhi - 110060 on 21.02.2016 (Executive mr. Deepak, m-[protected]). I made the payment through credit card wherein i was to get rs.3000/- cash back after 90 days as assured by the executive by the bank. But even after more than 120 days, i have yet to receive the same. Upon checking with the bank, they say this cash back is to be provided by the merchant and not by the bank. But the executive of mobile store says that cash back will be given by the bank.In this game of passing the bucks, i am being sandwiched. Request to please resolve the matter and give me cash back of rs.3000/- without any further delay. Was this information helpful? | |||||
