[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Complain regarding dispatch of order no.[protected] | |
I order to buy 'Titanium S19 ' white handset form themobilestore.in, order no.[protected] and pay by debit card in 16/10/2014 but they are harassed me and not give actual information, first time the customer care executive agent told my handset has dispatch within Monday (20/10//2014), but I have not received any result, then second time I called her and they said obviously they dispatched within wednesday, third time I called and they told me to call after one days so I call Friday (24/10/2014), now they inform me the mobile is 'OUT OF STOCK' and say me to wait 2 or 3 days for availability, but when I booked from website I follow the 'In Stock' availability of that handset and till date(24/10/2014) the website shows 'in sock' of the said handset so they cheat me. please help me to solve this problem Was this information helpful? | |
