[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Complaints Against Mobile Store | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have bought a mobile Samsung Galaxy SII from mobile store of Pacific Mall Ghaziabad on 25th June 2012 . This mobile was in warranty for one year by the Samsung Company. At the time of purchase we have taken a one year extended warranty under the scheme of Mobile store. On 22nd June 2014 I visited mobile store as I was having some charging problem with my mobile but mobile was working properly and phone was charging through USB and same thing we had shown to employee of Mobile Store at the time of handing over my phone. On 7th July 2014 we got a message that my phone is repaired and dispatched and will be delivered to Mobile Store, Pacific Mall within 2-3 days. When I contacted mobile store they told us my mobile was sent back as they don’t know what was the problem and asked me to contact after one week. After 25 days (12th July 2104) they are saying that my mobile is Water Damage. But this is not possible, my phone was not water damage but still I asked them to handover the mobile without repair and as it was on 22nd June 2012 (In running mode). But now Mobile Store is not ready for it because I don’t know what they did with my hand set as my mobile is completely dead. When I handover them my mobile they never told me that my mobile could be dead at the time of checking even when they open the phone they haven’t told me or take a consent about this matter. After having lots of conversation I am not able to find any solution of my problem, we are suffering from lots of mental trauma as service provider is not giving proper response in this matter. I am writing this mail to consumer court in hope to find out justice because we are simple people belonging to middle class and the company’s like mobile store use to think that they could do anything with customer as customer is alone and helpless Now it’s going to be above a month and Mobile store is just doing mental harassment. I will highly oblizesd you if you take necessary action in this regards and help me to find out justice. Looking forward for your positive response. Dear Sir/Madam
As per your mail I would like to let you know that Karmatech is a service provider of Mobile Store for mobile repair. After submitting mobile on 22nd June 2014 we got a message on 7th July 2014 from LM-TMSEXW i.e (Mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 has been dispatched to TMS store in 2-4 Days .Please open sealed box at store and test your handset before collection) . But when we asked for handset we came to know it has been sent back. And after few days when i visited mobile store I found that mobile was not seal pack and it was completely dead. Then We contacted Mr Sailesh (Employee of Karmatech ) in this regard .number of Mr Sailesh is 9167032296.
Before submitting our complain in consumer forum I sent them a final mail in this regard on [email protected] & [email protected] that we are going to consumer court, I obtain a mail from the mail id [email protected] on date 24th July 2014 at 5:32 p:m that your phone is water damage so collect it.
My question is that why they don’t take a consent that mobile could be dead at the time of checking and why they told after 25 days that my mobile is water damage and when they are saying that they haven’t done anything with the handset how it became dead as it was working properly at the time of submission. I will be grateful to you if you help me to resolve this problem.

I had submitted my complaints with all related document on 28th July 2014. by today i've not received any solution or satisfactory revert from your end as well as The Mobile Store.
Today i saw there are lots of complaints posted related to THE MOBILE STORE on consumer forum that they are cheating there customers from various way & WATER DAMAGE is one of the excuse they mostly use for under repair mobiles.
Kindly take the necessary action against THE MOBILE STORE & let me know by when i can expect positve responce from your end.
