I bought a Xperia C phone from Mobile Store on 8th Dec at 5 PM and then when I opened the Box, I saw the cover of the phone is damaged. I took the phone to the same store again in 2 hours, and they recognised the phone is defective and said, this need to be replaced by the Sony service centre. The cover is not fitting properly, and the phone is popping up most of the time on standard use of the phone. I took the phone to the service centre, they are refusing to replace, saying it need to be replaced by Mobile Store. Sony and Mobile store is saying they can't replace as there is no tangible damage. Also they are saying they can send the phone to service centre but it will take 7 days. They can't provide the backup phone. It is difficult to understand, when the product is defective, how an Sony and Mobile store refuse for an immediate replacement? Was this information helpful? |
