[Resolved] The Mobile Store — faulty product and service not satisfactory | |||
I have bought a htc 816g from online the mobile store but product was faulty then i called in costomer care and after calling 5 times they said go and get DOA certificate so i did. But again with poor service from them they said our pick up would be so late so u go to nearest shop and tell to replace . the shop man said he dont knw anything and i visited shop 4 times and then he said that go to main office and the no responce . the streatched duration period and DOA certificate expired . so hell experience.
