I bought an iPhone 5c from The Mobile Store Limited, Shop No. G-001, Ground Floor, City Centre, Sector - 1, Block - DC, Salt Lake, Kolkata - 700064.
This was bought on 22/04/14. The details of the store manager are as follows:

My complaints are listed out below:
1) I bought the phone and paid them the money. Then they unboxed the phone for me. After opening the box, the switched on the phone and handed it over to see. I browsed through the phone for a while and found that the phone was not working efficiently as it should have. I told the store representatives at the moment that the phone had a problem. When they checked, they sensed it too. However, they sent it to the nearby Apple store and brought it back saying that it would be fine now. After I got back from the store, I found problems started re-appearing again. I even made a video recording of two of the problems. I went back to the store the next day and played the video for them. I asked them to replace my phone as I had bought it only the previous day. They denied replacement and sent me to the nearby Apple Store. The Apple store said that I would have to leave the phone behind for 3 days for them to check, but they would not replace it. Then I went back to The Mobile Store again. They told me very clearly that it was their job to sell. Any problems that I may have with the product is none of their headache and that it would have to be taken up with the service center. I told them when I bought the phone, I had told the representatives and even showed them that there was a problem with the phone. They had sent me back at the time. The very next day, I came back with the phone. They still told me, once the phone has been unboxed, there is nothing that we can do. Please take it up with the service center.
2) While I was buying the phone, they had offered me an extended warranty from Apple for my phone. The next day, I logged on to the apple website and found that there was no extended warranty registered on my phone. When I called them up and asked, they said that this warranty is from us. Once your warranty from Apple for a year expires, The Mobile Store will give you a warranty for another one year. As per Apple's warranty, if there is a problem with the phone, they replace it but The Mobile Store however will only repair it.
This is how I have been cheated in broad daylight. Please help.
