[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Fraud case against the mobile store

I have purchased one Micromax
Mobile Phone Model No A117 from your “The Mobile store” Vishwas Nagar
East Delhi branch on 8th Feb 2014. Few days back there was some problem


occurred in my hand set and then
I went to Micromax service center at Laxmi Nagar branch (Delhi) and there I
came to know that my phone is already got repaired in the month of


December dated 5th Dec 2013
however as i already mention that i bought this Phone on 08th Feb 2014 please
find the invoice which i got from your Mobile Store


and job subscription number I
have received from service center is N[protected] and also please find
the below Micromax service center details:

This cannot be possible
because as i already mention that i have purchased this phone on 8th Feb so it
means your Mobile store guys sold second hand phone to me and


they cheated me this is straight
away fraud and I also got to know that this Mobile is first sold in the month
of November to someone else as per Micromax guys details.

investigate this issue from your end I need new Mobile phone or refund my full

i will not receive any positive response from your side within 7 days so i will
take Legal action against you.
