The Mobile Store — Given me used phone and gave wrong information about mobile warranty | |||
Hi, I would like to highlight my concern with the mobile store in "G- 35 Aggrawal Millinnum Tower Pitampura Delhi" it was sold to me by sales associate - Rahul Sharma and he sold me a Blackberry mobile model Z3 and gave me the warranty of one year as per my invoice date warranty starts from the date of puchase which was "7/September/15" and then i got a fault in my mobile now so as per the invoice I should have the warranty till "7/September/16" so I went to Blackberry mobile service centre in Janak Puri, and they said that my mobile was already out of warranty in "19/September/15", that means it will be chargeable if we'll fix or check the mobile and they gave the print out of their system information mentioned about the out of warranty status of my mobile so then I went to the mobile store then they said that I cant help you and simply denial to help me and not accepting their mistake and also asking me what is the prof of it I shown the Invoice but still he didn't agree to help me out. so kindly help me out because no one is helping me now taking the ownership. so please help me out in this situation because now its getting very stressed and disturbing for me now so i'll be waiting for your response.
