I purchased iphone-6 on 04/04/2016 and also taken 2nd year accidental damage protection plan from the mobile store (Same store from where i bought it), now unfortunately my phone's screen accidentally broken in 2nd year of purchase and i raised complain to insurance company but no response from there side, it seems that they are not in mood to refund the amount, find attached the details attached related to phone and store. I had a new mobile (lyf water 7) from The Mobile Store (Hadapsar near kroma) I didn't get the screen gard as I have paid for it before only in advanced I visited the store 2times but they are saying it is not delivered to us . the last time when I visited they said please give me 4 days I will call you for it .
