Hi, My Name is Sangeeta Meena. I bought 'Sony Xperia Neo L' smart phone on 14 August 2012 from Mobile Store sector-18 Noida with the extended warranty of 2 years.
I submitted my phone in 'Mobile Store Noida' to repair my phone for 'Reverse battery charging' problem and also told to check the motherboard of phone. They told me that it will take 1 week in repairing. Then they give me the phone after 2 months after the continuous follow up with them and condition of phone is still same with reverse charging problem. Then again I went to store then they told me, now it will take 2 weeks to diagnose the problem. Due to the bad service of the store, I decided to not to give the phone to them. After that I submitted my in Sony service center, they told me the real problem (i.e problem in phone's motherboad) of the phone with in two days and told me it will cost 8K in repairing phone. They suggest me to give my phone to mobile store as I have extended warranty. Now, I have given the phone to mobile store but don't know how much time they will take or they will be able to give me the problem free phone or not.
I am requesting all of you, please do not make purchase of any gadget from mobile store as they are the liar's, provide poor service to customer, don't take your complaint seriously, deal poorly with the customers, don't even take calls. For my own phone for which I paid, I have to go every weekend make follow up but they don't respond me properly. I never seen this type of service by any other company. Due to them my mental and physical health become worse and lots of my money wasted as I purchased new phone and also go to doctor only because of them.
Its almost 3 months without my phone and I was really felt cheated by Mobile Store noida employees.
