[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — No response for a product purchased for more than 10 days

Hi, I had purchased the below mentioned product on below mentioned date, and after 3 days of purchase when I called customer care, they are informing that the shipment has been cancelled and they didn't give any proper reason for the same. They just took the complaint and till now I can't able to reach customer care and no response from customer care even after 48 hours. Really this is a bad experience with mobilestore. This is the first time I am using mobilestore online and I afraid this worst experience will create this as my last time usage with mobilestore. Kindly do the needful.
