[Resolved] The Mobile Store — non delivery of ordered handset

Hi,
i have purchase HTC desire 816 with extended warranty on 04.08.2014 by SBI net payment. after my purchase i have received only booking confirmation then after 2 days of my purchase i have put a mail to mobile store for shipment details which is not available on shipment track but they respond that i receive my mobile as per company tat i.e with in 8-10 days, then on 8th of august evening i receive call from mobile store in which they said due to short shipment of mobile by HTC they will ship my mobile on 14th of august i said ok but kindly inform me before delivery they said ok. on next day 9th of august i have again put mail to mobile store just to inform about that call which i received form their side and just for my surety i request that kindly intimate what they said over call by mail to me but they again reply same words that i have received my mobile as per their delivery tat i.e with in 10 days of my booking. on 16th of august when i did't receive my mobile and any kind of information related to it from their side i was given mail for this to mobile store after my mail they reply to me that they have take 10 more days to deliver my mobile . so i reply them that kindly cancel my order and return back my money after that they said they forward my cancellation to their respective department and i will get my money accordingly to it that is they return my money after 10 days. so in this i replied to them that fault was made by their side not by my and also they kept my money with them for already 10 days so return me back with in 2 days but they did not reply me after this. this is my case. i request you kindly do my favour. mistake made by them not by me they have promise me for delivery has done with in 10 days but when they do not have any stock so why they booked my order? and now when i want my money back they are now silent, please help me on this. i have mentally disturb by this because i book it for some one on some special day but they totally burst my plan.
