[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Not delivering order number[protected]

I have given order for one micromax canvas knight A350 (black gold) on 16_12_2014 through the online shopping site THE MOBILE STORE. I received one mail from them that it shows they have despached the item on 19_12_2014. But I have not received the item till now. I given complaint through the number which they shown in their site in three times in different days. But they have not taken any action against my complaint. They are cheating me and they already taken full amount of the smartphone which I given order, from me. So they are cheating me and mentally harassing me. So I need compensation from them.
