[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Not replacing a newly bought Microsoft Lumia 535 Set | |||
I bought a Microsoft Lumia 535 Mobile Set on 2nd Dec from THE MOBILE STORE, HIGHLAND PARK, KOLKATA PH - [protected], and soon after 2 days I was not able to open Mobile Camera and Selfie option( Front Camera). I took it to store on 7th Dec and showed them, they responded that it needed software upgrade and takes one day time, but I asked about replacement, they said it would happened if I took within 4 days, but at the time of buying nobody told me about this clause. what ever, I submitted the phone to them and now 3 days passed, they cannot provide me serviced set and saying it would take 15-20 days. Now the question is, a person using his/her set on daily basis comprises of several important corporate/business/personal communication to attend is highly hampering and it is not possible to wait to 2-3 weeks without using a Mobile set. Being a Consumer, why should we suffer after buying a new phone and expending the money on it ? I strongly demand of the Replacement as soon as Possible. This is the fault of the seller that they have provided a Faulty product to us.
