[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Not responding worst service for insurance claim

worst customer care service. I am trying for the insurance claim process for the last one month but still the process not reached the intial documentation level. daily i am speaking to the customercare each and every time i explaining the full history to different staffs. the only word all the staffs replying THE SERVER IS DOWN WE ILL CHECK AND GET BACK WITHIN 2 HRS, But no didn't respond to my request. If this going like this means i ill change my way of approach. thanks regards babu [protected].
