The Mobile Store — Not shipping the order.

After taking the money they are saying that the mobile is out of stock. Now they have taken the money (paid through credit card) and not giving the mobile. Also the order is not showing on their site (Order No.[protected]. Also they said it would take 5-6 days for the new stock and now it has been 11 days since i ordered it!!! if it was out of stock it should have been mentioned in the site but instead they took the payment i made and now giving excuses. please help.
