I ordered Micromax A310, with extended warranty, on 9-Nov from themobilestore.in, paying 11, 788/-

Due to delay in delivery, I made several calls to mobile store[protected] and also Fedex. Wrote 2 mails to [protected]@themobilestore.in.
I found out Fedex lost the package. Yesterday 27-Nov, MobileStore customer care says they accepted my request to cancel the order. But I don't know if it will really happen. I did not get any mail saying order is cancelled. Their website still says ORDER COMPLETE.
Please help me get back my hard-earned money as soon as possible.
