[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Poor after sale service | |||
Sir/Madam, I bought a Cell phone “Sony Experia Miro” from “The Mobile Store” on 09/01/2013 in the name of “Vikas Kumar” (my brother) with an extended warranty of 1 year. Duration of extended warranty is 09/01/2014 to 08/01/2015. As now it’s been more than 1 year and warranty of cell phone with Sony has been expired and now mobile is in time period of 1 year extended warranty with “The Mobile Store”. Now I am facing few problems with my cell phone and submitted the same to “the mobile store” 3 times in past month to get it repaired, but my problem is not resolved they didn’t repaired my cell phone just keep it ideal at their store for all 3 times and returned it as it is. Please request you to help me to solve my problem. Below are the detail where I submitted my cell phone and extended warranty policy no. send 2-3 mails on ID"[protected]@themobilestore.in" mentioned over the site of "the mobile store" but still not received a proper solution.
