Hi,
I had purchased one year extended warranty for my mobile (Samsung S Duos) from Mobile Store. And now I had some issue with my phone and availed the warranty. The Store Manager assured me it takes 1 week (including everything). First I was told the wifi cant be repaired, I agreed. After that I was assured that the mobile will be delivered within 1 week. Everytime I call, I am told the same thing, but neither the store Manager provides any support nor I get any concrete update. Its been total a month, but still I have not received my mobile.
Is this kind of service you provide or expected. The store manager assures to call and update on real status does not do even a single time. This is pathetic.
