Respected authorities,

This is just to bring into your knowledge that i had purchased a power bank (Pebble) in 1499/- on mrp. I went there after two days about the faulty product and asked him to refund the money. They denied to do so.

Again they have replaced a new power bank kmashi (Chineese product) which has a price of rs 900 in all marketplace.

Again, i am facing the same issue with new power bank.

Request you to please intervene in this case to process the refund.
