My name is pradeep rana on augst i had pre booking of jiyo phone worth rs 1500 by my credit card from the mobile store aalambaag lucknow. Now all mobile store wind up from up After few days i get a call from the mobile store helpline they said after unavilibilty of phone they refund the amount to my credit card account but after 20 days the amount not credit to my account.
