Hi, I bought a Blackberry Z10 from The Mobile Store Ltd, Saltlake Sec V, Kolkata, West Bengal, India on 27th of Feb, 2014. The set had some microphone problem from 10th day. So, BB service center checked it and issued a DOA CERTIFICATE For replacement of the set on 13th of march, 2014. And the certificate was given to Mobile store on 13th of march, 2014. Also, it was written, that end user should get the replacement within 7days. Today is 10th April, And, the mobile store customer care and store manager neither of them has no response or move regarding my problem. Their simple answer is no stock available for Z10. Whereas, mobile store website is giving the set at an attractive price and sending us mail to buy the set from online. But It will available in kolkata in another mobile shop. Mobile store told me to bye another mobile with same price because now Blackberry Z10 price is high in market. So, my request is to give Z10 mobile or return money for that i bye this mobile another mobile shop. I want this issue to be solved ASAP.
I am waiting more than one month. So, Please refund my money as billed.
Hope this would not take a month.
