The Mobile Store — Regarding dead mobile set

I submitted my mobile 1 month back to mayur vihar phase 2 mobile store and the mobile is in extended warranty, this is my second written complaint and i rating it very poor, i was caled by mobile store today and i found my mobile there that means they have not taken it for service still.Even i feel now very shamefull while entering and abusing to that worker and manager at mobile store, neither they take customer care complaint seriously, they lied me several times after submitting all the dcuments. Todays they cald me and took signature on documents which also they dont have idea about that. I dont think so they are working for mobile store, they are just spoiling your customer beleive, now i have only one way to get my mobile back i have all call recordings of customer care which i have talked 4 times and more than 10 times visits and all documents given by mobile store, they promised me my mobile will be repaired within 15 days not its more than a month.
