[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Sales executive wrong commitment

I had purchased lava mobile on 25/08/15 with recharge powerbank 4400mah. That time i taken powerbank without checking and went away. After 10 days i checked powerbank that was faulty and go to mobile store to checkup. Mr. Arvind saini (se) told me powerbank was checked on purchased date with ok. In mobile store there was cctv camera, i taken powerbank without checking. And he blame on me that i m wrong. My invoice no. 1145/17691 at dahisar west mumbai.
I submitted powerbank to him without any acknoweledge receipt.
