I have purchased Samsung note 2 from "The Mobile Store, New Delhi" on dated with extended warranty of 2 year's, which ensure reparing of handset if any issue arises.
On dated 26th April 2014 I faced issue in my handset as I was not able to open it. Next day I visited the store to submit my phone for repairing where to my surprise they refused nd said in their record your extended warranty is not updated hence they cannot accept the request.
When I forced them nd made them see the proof then they raised the request to their seneior authorities nd arranged for approval. Post obtaining the approval they sent the handset to some third party vendor for repairing.
This whole procedure took good months times and post regular follow ups from side they attended nd actioned (they pretended they have taken).
Dated 15052014 have received a message that your handset is repaired nd can be collected from the store where it was submitted.
Today dated 15052014 visited the store and they confirmed that it was not repaired as it damaged due to liquid substance. I have kept and handled my handset with due care nd it was never came in touch with water, liquid or even any moist thing.
It seems that they themselves have done this to avoid to bear the cost of repair.
Kindly look into this as they have simply said they will not get it done and always kept in dark against the complaint.
From very first day it was pain and there behaviour was like this only that will not get this issue fixed.
