The Mobile Store — Very poor response received from you guys

I purchased HTC desice C one year back from Kandivali Charkop gallery ( Mumbai ), Dt. 10.07.12 Invoice No. 15361 / 6667393, Store 1024.

I submitted my mobile at above gallery for screen problem Dt. 19.11.2013, No body had courtesy from you to revert about when can i receive my mobile back.

Poor... Very poor response received from you guys... I called up for feedback many times, but you guys i don't know when you will tell me.

Let me honestly when can i received my cell back.
