Respected Sir, Need your help and protection again Mrs. Anita Fernandes their men and Protect our tree from being cut. Her sister, brothers and she have been threatening and harassing us since many years. They had done the same in 2005 even at that time they had threaten to kill us if we will not let them cut the tree and built the structure. For which we had complained to Police as well as BMC.. They have been harassing us daily since 1997 by coming and breaking the branches of the tree but we did not say anything. The Branch are still fallen at that place. But on 27th June 2014 she came with some men’s to cut the entire tree. I had complained to the police on 27th June 2014 that Mrs. Anita Fernandes had come with some men’s to cut our tree. Her intension is to cut the tree and construct a structure in front of my house. And on 5th July 2014 she again came with an minister’s man and around 10 men, She removed photograph of our tree & said that ( I will cut the tree and built the structure and on one will be able to stop me). Need your help and protection again. Since many year have passed for the matter. Mrs Anita Fernandes is trying to do the same again. If the structure comes up my family and I will have to face a lot of problems for ever as they will be harassing us every day. Request you to please look into this matter and protect our tree and also do not grant permission to Mrs. Anita Fernandes to build any structure in front of my house.
