I wanted to transfer my domain name bloggerspassion.com from bigrock to Online at their website www.the-online.com - who were advertising that they will transfer domain from bigrock within 5 days, and will give free one year domain name registration as additional perks. But, my domain name was never successfully transferred from bigrock to Online. I talked with the support executive, and they refunded my amount. The reason they gave is that my domain name was locked at the old registrar, so I could not be transferred until I remove the lock. Online's domain name prices are cheaper than bigrock, and they even offer free domain name registration - which bigrock doesnt, but, domain transfer to them is a big pain for me!
