The Paramount — Spoiled Chicken served

I took 2 chicken biryani from "The Paramount" food transit in Forum mall last night (23/4/2015) and they served me with spoiled schicken. When I enquired about this to them they were so irresponsible and gave me an answer "That it happens", which means that if somebody even dies because of this from this huge population they are least bothered and they will continue to serve the same food. The manager of the hotel was out of station and he gave us an appointment to meet on Tuesday ((28/4/2015) in person. This is how the big restaurants run for which we are ready to pay what ever they charge us. I made a police complaint as well in the Adugodi police station last night but I am really really so concerned and want to bring this to public notice. I kindly request the concern department to take necessary action on them to stop all this happening again and again. Thanks
