Try to Contact Mr. Sagar Thapa, Manager, Kolkata since 30th August'2022 from The Park Priviera and Mr. Chirag Rangras, GM from The Park Priveiera since 1st September'2022 regarding reasonable hotel accommodation at Nainital. As the hotels provided by the Reservation team of The Park Priviera are budget hotels and they are not responding about my request / complain also unable to provided standard accommodations as promised during membership. Unfortunately I am not getting any response from either Mr. Thapa or Mr. Chirag. Really surprised about no- response from the senior officials from The Park Priviera against the complaint of services by a member. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I got my money back by raising transaction dispute. Raise transaction dispute in bank. Call your RM in bank and ask him/her to raise transaction dispute. They will provide you form. Sign and fill it and submit to bank. Bank will recover your money for you from such fraud company.
