On date 03.01.2023, i had received call from the co.regarding that our company has organized one seminar you have to come with your wife and there is a complimentary dinner for both of you, we went to that seminar and there their executive name Mr.Vaibhav Dubey and Miss Chand Parmar both had jointly explained the membership benefit and we liked that benefit and on account of that we had purchased thier membrship plan worth Rs.95000/-, i have paid that amount with my credit card.now when i want to avail that benefits that they are denying that we will not provide you what we have said but we will give service as per our policy and T&C.In that memebership plan they have clearly told us that the you can use whole your 40 days vacation at once also if you want, but now when i want to avail the same they are saying that you can use only 7N and 8D as per t&c. they had also told that you will be receiving a kit from our side but that also i had not received.so it was totaly fake promised given by them. So i request you kindly take some necessary action an do get refund from them as the most important thing that they are not receiving my calls and not replying for any query.
