The Professional Couriers — abnormal delay in goods delivery and poor services | |||
Dear Sir, I have lodged a complaint in this forum on 18.08.2020 complaining against Professional Couriers stating that our consignment despatched from Jaipur through professional couriers vide consignment No JPR[protected] on 04.08.2020 (17.45h) is YET TO BE DELIVERED TO US AT KAKINADA AND THERE IS AN ABNORMAL DELAY IN DELIVERY. Thereafter, I also sent 2 reminders on 20.08.2020. Now, today it is 25.08.2020. Still, the great professional couriers does not have any time to spare to respond to our query as to when they are going to deliver our consignment despatched from Jaipur on 04.08.2020.
