The Professional Couriers — about wrong delivery status and also about customer care executives misbehavior | |||
Myself vibha. On 29th sept. Sent a courier to pune. To track the status, when i visited the site, it was showing, goods was delivered on 01/10/2018 where as it was not delivered at all. On 02/10/2018, i called sanas wadi courier centre to track the status, that lady told me, because of the national holiday no delivery boy is available to deliver the product. Likewise i confirmed with the relative person whether the product was delivered. It was not delivered on 01/10/2018. Later on, on 03 oct, i called bangalore customer care number to trace the activity. There the executive who picked my call was so rude and misbehaved with me. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. I request you to take necessary action against these two complaints. One is : they were displaying wrong delivery status, Secondly : bangalore customer care executive was rude and misbehaved. Worst service. Kindly go to dtdc. Phone is not reachable. After long delay they said that the courrier will not be delivered to the address. Where all the courier will deliver but not professional. The address is also well known one in Hyderabad, miyapur. Please don't give it parcel to professional.
