Arjun anand 8:48 pm (1 hour ago) To ho Dear team I'm reaching out to you in deep concern and hoping the head office would help me in this regard. My consignment has been delivered to a wrong person and i have not received the item at all. The courier office claims that it has been delivered to a person who came to collect the item himself and has given my package and has forged it (As clearly its not my handwriting with wrong spelling and wrong signature) in the delivery sheet as attached herewith. I have the image of the delivery note with someone forged in it but unable to attach it here as it says the email is too large to be sent. Someone from this number had called me and said he is coordinating and when i demanded the cctv footage, they are delaying and not promising anything. He has stopped responding to me now. I seek your help in this regard and take immediate action to resolve this matter. Was this information helpful? | |
