The tracking number is udg51222. It was booked one month before. Still under transit. I can see that it is received in chennai. But they kept it without forwarding for no reason. No update from the customer care. Dear professional courier, please note that you'll not get away with this easily. I'll use each and every available medium to expose your fraud. I'll go to the consumer court if needed. I don't mind how much money i'm going to pay...

Sir, this is jagadamba motors, brundavan compllex, chiragali lane, abids, hyderabarect the situation and ensure smooth delivery of our envelopes to the addresscessories. We will inform the details of goods sent to them through invoice accompanied by lorry receipt (Which is a document of title). For the past six months your kurnool branch people are not delivering the envelopes to the addressee, stating the reason one or the other, and
Asking the customers in reverse to come to their office to collect the envelopes., which is not at all fair and it will show a callous and reckless attitude and clearly indicate the qualiaty of service offered by you. Please look into the matter to correct the situation and ensure smooth delivery of our envelopes to the addressees concerned

    Hello professional courrier team,

    Subject : parcel not delivered.

    A courier was sent on 25th february 2020 from rajahmundry to bangalore through professional couriers but it's still not delivered.

    Consignment # rjy223160

    It's been more than 2 weeks since the courier was booked and it's still not delivered. When i track online, the status shows "holding" in bangalore - mahadevapura professional couriers office for 2 weeks. I've called them many times but they don't answer properly and not giving any proper reason for why they're still holding it. Very poor and bad service and this kind of service is not seen from any other providers. I definitely not recommend this provider going forward for sure and will instruct to other persons also who are opting this courier definitely.

    Kindly do the needful immediately also i would like to know the reason behind this long delay in delivering the parcel.

    Note - raised a complaint both state and national consumer courts.

      missing courier letter

      Hi all, this is pankaj from a. Tosh & sons (India ltd). Our company is located in kasturi nagar near banasawadi bangalore. We have not received any courier from professional couriers. Our company is in 3rd floor of sree sai complex no.201, 2hm, cuppa cafe building east of ngef layout kasturi nagar bangalore 560043. These people are kept in ground floor near dust bin side. No body is coming 3rd floor. Rest of all courier guys are coming up...

      We were getting a food product delivered to us, when we received it, the package box was already damaged, which i thought was fine but when i opened the box the inside pack in which the food product was kept was already cut opened, and it looks like some of food contents are missing,

        I'm staying abroad and i needed to send an important document to home. So, when my friend went to india, i've given him the document and asked to courier my home (Mumbai to kerala). He had courier the item using the professional couriers on 10th february 2020 (Tracking number udg51222). Today is 5th march 2020 and the tracking shows "in transit". If these guys were walking from mumbai to kerala, it would have reached way before. I have complained so many times on their website and no response. Such unprofessional people

          My courier posted from mhow (Madhya pradesh) on 17 feb 2020, arrived at ranchi on 26 feb 2020. However no attempt has been made by the courier service to deliver the parcel or contact me. Their service centre numbers are either non functional or not answering. The official website of the courier service also has a redressal page which appears to be an eyewash courier tracking number idr50130601

            I had booked to send envelope from professional courier from bengaluru sarakki branch to hyderabad on 21st feb 2020. The consignment number is not traceable in their site and when i called cc they asked me to visit booking branch. I had visited the branch couple of times and each time they tell some story and not serious about my compliant. This seems to be worst company as senior members email id is not available in net. I could not book complaint online as their system gives "something went wrong error".

              I have sent a courier from shikaripura to bengaluru on saturday, he told it will reach by monday. And it's today wednesday the courier is not yet received and there's no update on this. Even i tried calling the customer care and tried to register a complaint in their website but no response and not able register complaint. It's an emergency document i have sent and there is no response from the local courier person as well he's not picking my call and not even customer care number is not working. And i'm not even to register complaint through website. It's an urgent issue. Please do resolve asap.

                The courier with the tracking number mys24010271 containing apple mobile adapter that costs 3k original was supposed to be delivered on 9th jan 2020 and it’s been close to 2months, still the product is not delivered

                Followed up many times with customer care team without any success

                Recently when I spoke to ccare I was told it’s lost

                Not sure how they can be so ignorant

                  We are supposed to receive an urgent courier from pollachi (Tamilnadu) to bangalore on 20th feb which was sent on 19th feb early morning. But, until today (24th feb), the package is not delivered after 5 days of time. We use courier mainly for fast delivery only. The package is held up in virgo nagar for the past 3 days and not delivered out to us.

                    I had a courier with tracking id fbd[protected] from amazon. A person from professional courier office in hyderabad called me and told that the delivery service is unavailable in my locality, so i have to collect from the office.
                    .
                    I want to ask you that why don't you clarify the delivery availability during booking itself? Is it not arduous that a customer will have to come to office to collect? This never happened with any courier before.
                    .
                    This happened 3 times. Every time i have to drive 20kms and collect my parcel from office. If they don't have service in a locality, they should clarify during booking only. What if it was a biog parcel? Should i arrange truck from office to my home?
                    .
                    This is highly unprofessional and needs a serious action against the management.

                      Parcel maa[protected] has reached hyderabad (Madhapur) branch on 12th feb 2020 and still it is undelivered after several complaints.

                      No reply from the coordinator. No working landline and he is not answering calls as well.
                      The delivery address is just 15 mins from the madhapur branch
                      Shameless organiztion celebrating their 33 years without delivering the parcel
                      This is the 5th time my parcel getting undelivered by professional couriers

                        Parcel with important document sent from mumbai on 12/02/2020 and reached vasco goa on 13/02/2020 as per tracking records.
                        However same delivered to addressee on 18/02/2020 after telling them return it to sender when they said addressee has to collect it from their office.

                        Same is regularly happening with this courier service provider at vasco.

                          I was told that the it will be delivered in 3 days. No proper response from the office.

                            Pro premium courier - pro9983616 couriered on 30.01.2020 as per the the standard service duration of delivery by 2 day that is maximum but delivered on 03.02.2020 took 4 days and no proper response from the team.
                            The purpose of the courier was to reach on time but due to delay in service entire purpose went lost.

                            Request you to please process the refund at the earliest since requested in local branch but no prompt response.

                              There is no status of the parcel since a week, when we call the courier office they are not answering properly customer is shouting at me as her parcel is getting delayed because of irresponsible courier service.
                              This is disturbing my online business.
                              Online business fully depends on courier service only, if they are not responsible how can we do this business.

                                Professional courier service is very worst my friend ordered courier on 25/1/2020 it came delivery place on 28/1/2020. Courier service person should not given any information is still now. Today date is 31/1/2020.it is happened in vijayawada one town. I called so many times but one lady telling always it is coming still now it is not came. I request to management please take immediate action to that person. Very worst experience with professional courier service

                                  The parcel i have received today on 31/01/2019, was in horrible condition, which has torn and few items are missing from it, and such a worst service i have ever seen, my valuables i have lost are priceless.
                                  Hereafter i won't prefer professional courier for me as well i won't suggest this worst service..
