I have to get my office pc from bengaluru to kanyakumari. Since it was covid-19 situation. We asked can it be shipped. They told yes and got the parcel. It's on 13th may. It's been a week and didn't recieve the parcel and enquired bangalore office about it and there was not proper response. They just said they have shipped it from their end and they don't know where the parcel is now and asking us to contact salem or any other courier office for more information. And i think as a customer i have all rights to know the status properly. If the tracking is not proper then the office should take some responsibility to get us know what is happening. I can't tolerate such kind of action where office people are so arrogant and irresponsible.

Hello. We had sent 5 packages from professional courier, vidyaranyapura, bangalore branch today which weighed the following weights :
Box 1- 185g
Box 2- 290g
Box 3- 995g
Box 4- 573g
Box 5- 450g

But the agent has billed all the packages under the 1kg slot and took a huge amount. When questioned, the agent was very rude and said that this is the rate that professional couriers has always followed.
For your information, this is not the first time we are using professional courier. We have sent packages earlier and are very much aware of the different slots of weight and the rates. Highly disappointed
Never in future are we ready to use professional couriers.

We have send a parcel to nissan enterprises ltd, bhiwandi, thane, through professional courier on 29/6/2019 {tvm4600187}.My party received the consignment but some materials misssing inthe consignment.I have a given a written complaint to trivandrum office.Till today no replay from there side.Please take necessary action in this matter

We have sent one package from rjy to khammam through your branch located in tilak road/rjy, on 18/02/2020, vide ref. Cited.
It is regretted to point out the lapse on part of your organization, by mentioning that the said package not reached the consignee at khammam till date. The worth of package is of rs.10, 500/-, having two sarees. It is also to mention that no satisfactory reply is received from the local manager. Hence we are forced to complain the matter to you. The professional courier Medchal, Hyderabad, Telangana is refusing to deliver my consignment Del[protected] for Air Force Academy, Dundigal, Hyderabad, at the booked address, saying that is outside their limits. Then why was the order booked if it was beyond limits? And if it was booked at the stated address/pincode then it needs to be delivered immediately.

We have sent the set of documents to noida. But till now they have not received.

I sent a parcel from trivandrum on 26th feb 2020 to punjab, its been 14 days and still not yet got the parcel. When tried to track the parcel its still showing despatched to trivadrum, when it should have been reached in 3 days. The customer service is still saying we will find it out. The parcel contains my mobile phone 30, 000. The tracking id is pro10365396

The tracking number is udg51222. It was booked one month before. Still under transit. I can see that it is received in chennai. But they kept it without forwarding for no reason. No update from the customer care. Dear professional courier, please note that you'll not get away with this easily. I'll use each and every available medium to expose your fraud. I'll go to the consumer court if needed. I don't mind how much money i'm going to pay...

Sir, this is jagadamba motors, brundavan compllex, chiragali lane, abids, hyderabarect the situation and ensure smooth delivery of our envelopes to the addresscessories. We will inform the details of goods sent to them through invoice accompanied by lorry receipt (Which is a document of title). For the past six months your kurnool branch people are not delivering the envelopes to the addressee, stating the reason one or the other, and
Asking the customers in reverse to come to their office to collect the envelopes., which is not at all fair and it will show a callous and reckless attitude and clearly indicate the qualiaty of service offered by you. Please look into the matter to correct the situation and ensure smooth delivery of our envelopes to the addressees concerned

A courier was sent on 25th february 2020 from rajahmundry to bangalore through professional couriers but it's still not delivered.

It's been more than 2 weeks since the courier was booked and it's still not delivered. When i track online, the status shows "holding" in bangalore - mahadevapura professional couriers office for 2 weeks. I've called them many times but they don't answer properly and not giving any proper reason for why they're still holding it. Very poor and bad service and this kind of service is not seen from any other providers. I definitely not recommend this provider going forward for sure and will instruct to other persons also who are opting this courier definitely.

Kindly do the needful immediately also i would like to know the reason behind this long delay in delivering the parcel.

Note - raised a complaint both state and national consumer courts.

Hi all, this is pankaj from a. Tosh & sons (India ltd). Our company is located in kasturi nagar near banasawadi bangalore. We have not received any courier from professional couriers. Our company is in 3rd floor of sree sai complex no.201, 2hm, cuppa cafe building east of ngef layout kasturi nagar bangalore 560043. These people are kept in ground floor near dust bin side. No body is coming 3rd floor. Rest of all courier guys are coming up and mentioned their log book. We have missed many couriers from your end. Request you to please take an action about them. This is sincere request. Please do the needful.

We were getting a food product delivered to us, when we received it, the package box was already damaged, which i thought was fine but when i opened the box the inside pack in which the food product was kept was already cut opened, and it looks like some of food contents are missing,

I'm staying abroad and i needed to send an important document to home. So, when my friend went to india, i've given him the document and asked to courier my home (Mumbai to kerala). He had courier the item using the professional couriers on 10th february 2020 (Tracking number udg51222). Today is 5th march 2020 and the tracking shows "in transit". If these guys were walking from mumbai to kerala, it would have reached way before. I have complained so many times on their website and no response. Such unprofessional people

My courier posted from mhow (Madhya pradesh) on 17 feb 2020, arrived at ranchi on 26 feb 2020. However no attempt has been made by the courier service to deliver the parcel or contact me. Their service centre numbers are either non functional or not answering. The official website of the courier service also has a redressal page which appears to be an eyewash courier tracking number idr50130601

I had booked to send envelope from professional courier from bengaluru sarakki branch to hyderabad on 21st feb 2020. The consignment number is not traceable in their site and when i called cc they asked me to visit booking branch. I had visited the branch couple of times and each time they tell some story and not serious about my compliant. This seems to be worst company as senior members email id is not available in net. I could not book complaint online as their system gives "something went wrong error".
