I sent an article from professional courier pickup point at v naginhalli, bangalore on april 27, 2018 (Bill no blr[protected] to hublie with the correct address and contact number. Till date the sent article is neither reached the destintion nor status is tracked throuh the professional courier webiste.
Bangalore courier office people are stating that we have already despatched it to hubli, where as the latter are stating that the packet has not come to the destination branch.
Even after repeated calls to the bangalore (Hebbal) courier office, no response is available. Hebbal professional courier office manager mr suresh said, "give us a written complaint we will enquire about it."
It is not the question of escation, but i need the status of my packet. It is not for the first time, it is happening with the items booked through hebbal branch happening.in the past two months, six times it happened. One item was sent to hyderbad, even without contacting the person or reaching his address, the letter was returned to me stating that persona was not responding or the wrong address. When i shouted at them, the recollected it and delivered. Another letter was sent to karimnagar in ap, the status was continiously shown "door locked" even without visiting. Some medicines were to sent to a person in vijaywada and there were delivered for two weeks.
These incidents are proving that the professional courer staff is:
1. Least bothered to deliver the sent items
2. At times, they are throwing / dumping the sent items
3. Not at all givig the correct tracking status
4. Washng off their hands while resorting to the blame gam.
Now i want to know the status of the the packet (Bill no blr[protected] sent on april 27, 2018 to hubli.
