The Professional Couriers — Byatarayanapura Professional couriers person denied to deliver the package to my house

Courier was booked by NSDL on 17/1/2022 received on 19/1/2022 at Bytarayanapura center, but till now it was not delivered, today i called to person he told PAN Card and all need to visit the center and collect. He denied to deliver to our home.
I need your support regarding in this issue.
