I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the courier services provided by your company. I recently received a package that was sent to me through your courier services, but the package was received after alot of hardwork by mailing, calling etc etc.[CONSIGNMENT NO:DEL[protected]]
As the same I am getting the similar feeling regarding this item too[CONSIGNMENT NO:AGR[protected]]. I have mailed you several time but not a single mail to provide status. Your fbd branch says he cannot deliver because he is out of service area Provided that until and unless someone complain about it by giving their valuable time. What kind of professionalism is showing by your branch? And this time Head Office is too sloppy regardless several mail you cannot find it justice to give reply to customers. Who is paying you.
Furthermore, with utmost respect provide the package promising delivery date.
As I have tried to contact your customer service team several times to report this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory response. The automated responses I received were not helpful, and I have not received any concrete solutions to my problem.
I would like to request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take steps to improve your customer service and delivery processes to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.
